    Swedish SailGP driver Nathan Outteridge is poised to blow out the cobwebs out as his new syndicate debuts at the season-opening event in Perth


    As well as being the first regatta for the Artemis-branded Swedish outfit, it's also the Australian's first competition since he lifted the America's Cup with Team New Zealand in October 2024.

    Outteridge says he believes they can be competitive quickly, but a lot of it rests on his shoulders.



    Outteridge has recruited two America's Cup teammates - wing trimmer Chris Draper and flight controller Andy Maloney - for the Swedish team.

    The regatta starts tomorrow.
