    Two men have been arrested in Welcome Bay after an incident where a firearm was allegedly present and threats made


    The alleged offender fled the scene in a vehicle later found abandoned.

    The two men were found nearby around 2:50 this afternoon.

    The incident is believed to be connected to an earlier matter, where a man injured his wrist in an altercation during which a firearm was allegedly discharged.

    The two men are now in custody, and charges are being considered.
