    Teams are working to ensure the Aratere is stable before shifting the vessel again

    The Interislander ferry ran aground on Friday night after suffering a steering failure - it was successfully refloated last night.

    Maritime NZ and the Transport Accident Investigation Commission are investigating the incident.

    Interislander general manager Duncan Roy, says they hope to bring the ship into port today.

    He says it will probably be moved to a more permanent berth tomorrrow.
