The pair allegedly obtained over $1 million in property through false representations. They face charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud, each carrying a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The charges stem from various transactions involving nearly $500,000 in jewelry, over $200,000 from Bank of America, and other high-value items. The rapper was previously arrested in California and extradited to Florida.
