A spinal injury to Wallabies first-five Noah Lolesio has overshadowed the Brumbies' surge to second on the Super Rugby ladder

A spinal injury to Wallabies first-five Noah Lolesio has overshadowed the Brumbies' surge to second on the Super Rugby ladder

The visitors 33-14 bonus-point win over the Force in Perth sees them jump past the Crusaders to be the nearest challengers to the competition-leading Chiefs.

However it came in a match where Lolesio was stretchered off wearing a neck brace midway through the first half.

Stan Sport's sideline commentator Cameron Shepherd said Lolesio had sustained a spinal injury, but says he was moving his arms and legs.
