Architect and design-work is drying up across the country

Architect and design-work is drying up across the country

The EBOSS 2024 Architect and Designer Sentiment Report, surveys 840 architectural practitioners nationwide.

Well over half are starting fewer projects than 12 months ago.

It also found the number of practices with less-than-three-months work booked - more-than tripled between 2021 and 2024 - from six-percent to 21.

The majority of respondents have low confidence for the construction industry in the coming year.
