    Christchurch Police are making enquiries, after a woman died in custody in Christchurch this morning

    Christchurch Police are making enquiries, after a woman died in custody in Christchurch this morning


    The woman was found unresponsive in her cell just before 7am - attempts to revive her were unsuccessful.

    The death will be referred to the Coroner and the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
