A WorkSafe inspector's again heading to Auckland's Mount Albert Aquatic Centre - after another hydroslide injury

A boy's smashed his teeth on the slide, just days after a man's finger was ripped off when his ring snagged on a bolt.

After the first injury, the regulator said improvements had been made, including removing bolts from the pool equipment.

The watchdog says it'll again visit the site later this month, checking health and safety systems comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
