A senior labour Party MP is criticising controversial comments on alcohol by Mike King

A senior labour Party MP is criticising controversial comments on alcohol by Mike King

The advocate yesterday said on Newstalk ZB, alcohol can stop negative thoughts - and could be a solution to mental health.

Ginny Andersen says alcohol is our most harmful drug.

She says it's worrying to hear such views from someone who's had a lot of Government funding.

Andersen says King's comments seem uninformed.
