There's one new Mangawhai millionaire this morning, with a resident winning Lotto Strike Four

The winning ticket was sold at Four Square Molesworth, in Mangawhai.

Nobody won Division One last night, and Powerball was not struck either, so it rolls over to Wednesday night, and will be worth $10 million.
