Kerry Katona is set for surgery to fix her ruptured breast implants

The 45-year-old star underwent her fourth boob job earlier in 2025, but months later she is facing complications with her "scar tissue"

She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "At the time of writing this, I've finally got a weekend off from the tour - which is a rare occasion.

"It will be nice to have a few days in my own bed, but it's not going to be a relaxed weekend, unfortunately. I've got to go for a pre-op appointment, which is a little nerve-wracking.

"After having my boobs done earlier this year, I didn't rest enough and was told that my scar tissue has ruptured".

The former Atomic Kitten singer - who will go under the knife in November, after wrapping her live tour with Katie Price - admitted the situation is her "own fault".

She added: "So I've got to get the surgery again to fix that, which is a pain - but it is my own fault.

"The surgery is next month, when the tour is finished, so I can properly rest this time. I'm looking fowrard to being all recovered."

Kerry decided to undergo breast enlargement surgery after seeing her boobs shrink after losing almost 30lbs, and she previously admitted she was "nervous" about the procedure.

She told new! magazine over summer: "I've always been nervous before having surgery - I'm not good in the lead-up at all.

"But I am so scared for this one. I think, with age, I've become more nervous. There's more to lose these days.

"I've got kids at home to think about, so there's more on the line if anything went wrong."

Kerry - who has five children from her three previous marriages - went from a 34B cup to a 34DD.

In the same issue at the time, Kerry gave an update on her recovery after the procedure.

She wrote in her weekly column: "I'm in complete rest mode since my breast surgery, which is difficult for me since I'm always so busy.

"I'm still trying to do all of my meetings and am working from home."
