    A senior navy officer has pleaded not guilty over charges, relating to alleged misconduct towards a junior officer


    The officer has been facing a court martial at Auckland's Devonport Naval Base today. The accused allegedly encouraged a junior officer under their command to kiss them in 2023. The officer's been granted interim name suppression, while an appeal is being considered.
