    A jetskier last seen struggling on Lake Taupo, remains missing


    Police were called to reports of people in trouble at Acacia Bay yesterday afternoon.

    One person and the jetski made it to shore with Police and Coastguard help - but a second person is still missing.

    The Dive Squad is redeploying today.

    Taupo Mayor David Trewavas says the incident came at the end of a busy weekend.

    A rahui's been declared between Paenoa Te Akau and Te Moenga Bay Boat Ramp.
