Liam Payne's ex-fiancee has claimed Zayn Malik once threw him against a wall

The 'Strip That Down' singer revealed back in 2022 that he once got into a physical altercation with one of his One Direction bandmates but declined to identify which member of the group it was, but now following years of speculation, Maya Henry - who dated the 31-year-old star from 2019 to May 2022 - has claimed her former partner confided the full story in her

A TikTok creator had shared a video about the mystery, along with the caption: "You can't convince me it wasn't Louis."

In response, Maya, 23, stitched her own clip in which she said she "could not hold this information any more".

She added: "I see this all the time, everywhere, I've heard this insufferable story so many times...he told me it was Zayn, so..."

Liam had originally told the story on Logan Paul's 'Impaulsive' podcast as he discussed how he was known for "not taking s***", but that sometimes caused tension.

He added: "There was one moment where there was an argument backstage and one member in particular threw me up a wall.

"So I said to him, 'If you don't remove those hands there's a high likelihood you'll never use them again.'"

He went on to note his bandmate eventually removed his hands.

The interview also saw the 'Bedroom Floor' singer admit there are "many reasons" why he doesn't like Zayn.

He said: "There's many reasons why I dislike Zayn and there's many reasons why I'll always, always be on his side."

Liam not only caused a stir with his Zayn comments, but he dec lared having a child - seven-year-old son Bear - had "ruined" his relationship with Cheryl, 41, and insisted that One Direction were formed around him and he had outsold all their solo efforts with his own debut single.

He later claimed he "didn't leave the house for three months" following the backlash over the interview.

And he admitted the way fans "turned on" him led him down a dark path.

He wrote on his Instagram Story: "It got quite dark for me for one point when you guys turned on me. I didn't leave the house for 3 months.

"You guys know I'm sorry about all that stuff I love my boys not sure what was going on with me other than I had a problem with me and I took it out on everyone else...

"Never had a bigger chip on my shoulder and I'm really glad to lose it.

"I'm hoping that you guys can forgive me in time because we've been through far to much but the jokes are funny keep em coming.(sic)"
