Jack Grealish has become a father for the first time

The England footballer took to Instagram to announce his partner Sasha Attwood gave birth to their daughter, Mila Rose Grealish, on September 27th

Manchester City star Jack wrote on Instagram: "Mila Rose Grealish 27/09/24 (sic)"

Sasha, 28, admitted welcoming Mila into the world was the "most special moment" of her life.

    She wrote on Instagram: "27/09/24

    Mila Rose Grealish

The most special moment of my life (sic)"

The pair - who have been together for 10 years - shared the same black and white picture of their little one, who was clutching onto one of their fingers.

Several of Jack's teammates past and present took to Instagram to congratulate him.

Ex-England player Dele Alli wrote "congrats", and Jack's former Aston Villa colleague Ross Barkley posted: "Congrats lad"

Several stars also shared their congratulations on Sasha's Instagram account.

Reality TV star Dani Dyer, who is engaged to Jack's England teammate Jarrod Bowen, commented: "Congratulations to you both.. enjoy your newborn bubble (sic)"

Megan Pickford - the wife of England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford - wrote: "Perfection. love you so much already Mila Rose auntie megs can't wait to buy you frilly socks and tutus xxx (sic)"

Jack went back to work just a day after Mila was born, as he played in Man City's 1-1 draw with Newcastle on September 28th.

Sasha confirmed in July she was expecting.

She shared a picture of her baby bump and wrote: "Half of me, half of you - beyond blessed"

    Jack added: "Life's biggest blessing"
