    But before he flew from Ha Noi to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had a parting gift.

    After wrapping up the formalities in Vietnam's capital the pair stopped in at the temple of literature for a spot of tea, and a performance of Pokarekare ana.

    Luxon and his delegation arrived in Ho Chi Minh City last night, ahead of back-to-back business focused engagements today.
