Police say conditions Tom Phillips and his children were living in weren't pleasant - after releasing photos of a second campsite

Police say conditions Tom Phillips and his children were living in weren't pleasant - after releasing photos of a second campsite

The Marokopa fugitive's children are now in state care - after he was shot dead by police on Monday.

The second campsite is about 200 metres from the first.

Detective Senior Sergeant Andrew Saunders says it was set up with tents, sleeping bags, and cooking equipment.

He says the site's very dirty and cramped - and not suitable for the children to be living in.
