Christchurch is getting an Eagle helicopter - to help Police knuckle down on beating youth crime

Related offending has peaked in the southern city over the last two weeks - and Canterbury teams are launching a two-month disruption operation tomorrow.
District Commander Superintendent Tony Hill says they're also boosting staff in the Youth Targeting Team.
He says serious offences should meet serious consequences and they're bringing in every available resource to keep people safe.
