Thousands of customer logins for the file storage site mega.nz have been leaked online

Thousands of customer logins for the file storage site mega.nz have been leaked online

Around 15-thousand usernames and passwords were published.

Many customer accounts have been accessed by intruders.

Mega chairman Stephen Hall says the company was not hacked.

He says many people use the same login details for multiple websites, and the Mega accounts were likely accessed using details hacked from other sites.
