The jury in the trial of the man accused of murdering Grace Millane will retire today

The jury in the trial of the man accused of murdering Grace Millane will retire today

The British backpacker died in the 27-year-old's Auckland apartment - but the Crown says its murder, while the defence maintains it was an accident.

Today, Justice Simon Moore will sum up all the evidence the jury's heard over the last three weeks.

The court's seen CCTV footage of the pair's date - and what the accused did in the days after her death.

It's heard from women the accused's met through the dating app Tinder and from a range of experts - who've covered everything from forensics to how young people view sex.
