The Breakers have returned to the winners circle in the Australian NBL, and in record-breaking fashion

The Breakers have returned to the winners circle in the Australian NBL, and in record-breaking fashion

The New Zealand club has hammered the Adelaide 36ers 106-62 in Melbourne.

The Breakers broke out to an early lead and, unlike their midweek defeat to the Sydney Kings, continually built on it to lead by 26 after the first quarter and 30 at half time.

The 44-point final margin is their largest win in franchise history.

Corey and Tai Webster combined for 58 points, each with a game-high 29.

The Breakers now have two wins on the season.
