    Stefanos Tsitsipas has dispatched Casper Ruud in straight sets to seize a third Monte Carlo tennis title in four years


    He won the opening set 6-1 in 36 minutes, cruising through six consecutive games.

    Meanwhile, Carlos Alcaraz has pulled out of the Barcelona Open with a right arm injury that also forced him to miss the week in Monaco.

    He won the tournament in 2022 and 2023.
