    Pharmac's committed to delivering more dietary options for people with inherited metabolic diseases


    The new nutritional supplements will be funded from August, and are expected to benefit about 120 people who have to follow restrictive diets.

    Metabolic diseases are rare genetic conditions that can have serious lifelong effects.

    Rare Disorders New Zealand says it's important sufferers have the range of options they need.
