There's looks to be sunny days ahead for farmers

Rabobank New Zealand's latest Agribusiness Outlook shows there's optimism across most markets as the end of the year nears.

Dairy production is remaining strong, while sheep meat prices have improved since 2023.

Senior analyst Jen Corkran says they're seeing strong global demand for milk, beef and lamb.

She says sluggish domestic supply to has also improved New Zealand position in some export markets.
