Britney Spears' former mansion is back up for sale

The 43-year-old pop superstar bought the six-bedroom abode in Mulholland Drive in 2007 following her divorce from Kevin Federline and sold it for just over $2 million five years later

In 2021, it was sold again for just over $6 million and now real estate brokerage have listed it once again with an asking price of $8 million.

In a release, agent Ben Salem said: "Indulge in the allure of this one-of-a-kind estate, a former celebrity haven nestled within the prestigious 24-hour guard-gated enclave of The Summit above Beverly Hills. Recently renovated inside and out, this secluded retreat atop Mulholland Drive offers unparalleled tranquility.

"Immerse yourself in the artistry of renowned painter Maria Trimbell, whose stunning murals grace both the interior and exterior (featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Veranda). Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this private sanctuary offers exclusive access to nearby hiking trails. Experience refined living with soaring double-height ceilings and an expansive open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an entertainer's paradise."

The property is described as a "one-of-a-kind estate and former celebrity haven" and is said to "exude timeless allure within the prestigious 24-hour guard-gated enclave."

The home was built in 2001, and comes with luxuries such as a music space, a cinema room and a large swimming pool complete with a jacuzzi.

In the years after her divorce from Kevin - with whom she has sons Sean, 19, and 18-year-old Jayden - the '...Baby One More lived in the Lake Sherwood area of Westlake Village, California, and then bought a $7.4 million property in Thousand Oaks.

In 2022, Britney married Sam Asghari and she purchased a home in Calabasas for almost $12 million and while the pair divorced just over a year later, this is where she currently resides.
