Will Peter Burling sail aboard Luna Rossa after confirmation of the 38th America's Cup protocol?

Will Peter Burling sail aboard Luna Rossa after confirmation of the 38th America's Cup protocol?

One of the features is that two non-nationals will be allowed to sail for a team, potentially enabling the former Team New Zealand skipper to take the water for the 2027 edition in Naples.

Sailing pundit Chris Steele says the new rule helps Luna Rossa, if Burling commits as a helmsman.
