Police have given the all-clear, after investigating a bomb threat at Auckland Airport

Police have given the all-clear, after investigating a bomb threat at Auckland Airport

    Auckland Airport
    Auckland Airport
Flights were halted for 20 minutes, buildings evacuated, and the Army bomb squad called to the Geoffrey Roberts Road address.

Police found no objects of concern in their search, and are confident the threat was not legitimate.

Staff members at the evacuated site are returning, and cordons around the airport roads have been lifted.

Police are now investigating the source of threat, and may lay charges.
