The latest OECD economic survey of New Zealand recommends stripping money from KiwiBuild

Deputy secretary-general Ulrik Knudsen is at Parliament to release the report.

He says low-income renter are suffering the most most from declining housing affordability and reforms are needed.

Knudsen say to help these renters the supply of social housing should be expanded - including by reallocating funding from KiwiBuild.

The Government says KiwiBuild is being reset, with details to be revealed later this year.
