    Highlanders coach Clarke Dermody is hoping to take a page out of some successful coaches' playbooks, in order to build a strong team culture for his Super Rugby Pacific side


    The Southern Men are coming off a five-win, nine-loss campaign in 2023, resulting in them failing to reach the quarter-finals.

    In an effort to turn things around, Dermody has spent the off-season shadowing two of the country's top coaches.



    The Highlanders host Moana Pasifika from five past seven tonight - live commentary on Gold Sport and iHeart Radio.
