Tom Sandoval is suing Ariana Madix for accessing explicit videos of Rachel Leviss on his phone

Tom Sandoval sues Ariana Madix for accessing and sharing explicit videos of Rachel Leviss found on his phone.

Ariana, 39, discovered Tom, 40, had been cheating on her with their 'Vanderpump Rules' co-star Rachel, 29, after finding videos on his phone and then sharing them with others, leading Rachel to file a restraining order against her. Now, Tom is suing Ariana for unspecified damages and has accused her of "conversion" and "intrusion" into his private property, insisting she was only able to access the videos because she used his phone in his bedroom at their home in Los Angeles. He said in court documents: "Ariana was able to see the private video by accessing Sandoval's camera roll on his phone in his bedroom. Ariana transferred the video to herself using AirDrop. "She further disseminated and/or used the video by texting it to others, including Sandoval's friends and cast members, without Sandoval's permission." However, he also noted that he was "well aware" of the "consequences" when the affair was made public in March after the video scandal came to light. He continued: "After the affair was revealed and the video at issue was disseminated, Sandoval's personal, professional and financial life was permanently altered. "Sandoval has experienced substantial mental, emotional and financial injuries as a direct consequence of this intentional, malicious and wrongful access to the video. "While Sandoval acknowledges that his actions and choices of the past year caused him to lose many professional opportunities and harmed his career, it is irrefutable that Madix's actions directly contributed to many of those losses."
