    Environment Canterbury's investigating complaints about cement dust coming from a plant at Timaru's port


    The Regional Council received three complaints - in July and August this year - relating to the PrimePort - Holcim site.

    One of the complaints has been deemed not a breach of consent conditions, but two are being looked at further.
