Prison's off-the-cards for the father who killed who's two teenage children died in a dangerous driving crash

Ghomer Dulay's wife and eldest child were also severely injured, while on their way to Canterbury's Mount Hutt, last August.
The 46-year-old lost control of his car on Rakaia Terrace Road, hitting a tree.
He's been sentenced to three months community detention, nine months supervision, and has lost his licence for a year.
Judge Mark Callaghan conceded prison or home detention were inappropriate, given Dulay's mental health struggles.
