    Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox will need a huge change in fortunes to make the cut at the latest PGA Tour event in Las Vegas


    Fox bogied the first three holes of his second round and is languishing in a tie for 99th at one-over midway through his round.

    The projected cut is currently three shots away at two-under.
