    The Southern Orca - one of three New Zealand-based expansion bids - have publicly unveiled a 360-million dollar proposal to play out of the new Te Kaha Stadium, and including plans for a 20-hectare sports centre with seven training fields, gymnasiums and medical facilities.

    Lowe is confident the NRL can get behind their vision.
