    The man who stabbed six people to death at a Sydney mall in April, stopped receiving mental health treatment years before


    Joel Cauchi also wounded about a dozen people at Bondi Junction Mall - and was fatally shot by a police officer.

    An inquest will examine events - next April, including whether earlier intervention could have prevented Cauchi's health deterioration at the time of the attack.
