    A woman's been charged after an 11-year-old girl cycling in Hawke's Bay's Flaxmere, died in a crash on Chatham Road about 6pm last night


    A 34-year-old's due in court charged with driving in a dangerous manner.

    Further charges aren't being ruled out.
