Three men are due in court today charged with murder in relation to three separate deaths across the upper North Island on Saturday

A 41-year-old will appear in Hamilton District Court after one man was found dead, and a second man was found with critical injuries outside a Melville property.

The accused is also charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

A 44-year-old is due in Kaikohe District Court, after a man found with stab wounds at a Mangakahia Road address died at the scene.

Lastly, a 53-year-old will appear in the Whangarei District Court, after a man was found unresponsive at a Norfolk Street property.
