The national RSA's facing a legal challenge from rebelling clubs

The national RSA's facing a legal challenge from rebelling clubs

Newstalk ZB's obtained an Auckland District newsletter, revealing some clubs are seeking a judicial High Court review.

They allege the process to change the national body's constitution in April was unlawful, and want it reversed.

It follows the national RSA's suspending 18 defaulting clubs, accusing some of deliberately withholding fees.
