The party's Te Tai Tonga electorate executive has demanded Party President John Tamihere resign - who responded by calling for MPs Mariameno Kapa-Kingi and Takuta Ferris ro step down.
Tamihere told RNZ their future will be decided soon.
Party co-leader Rawiri Waititi says a decision to expel MPs isn't up to him - and is in the hands of the national council.
He says they've taken it back to the people and now just have to let the process happen.
