Auckland restaurateur Leo Molloy says he'll pay the fine the Veterinary Council's imposed - for breaching name suppression of the murderer of British backpacker, Grace Millane

Auckland restaurateur Leo Molloy says he'll pay the fine the Veterinary Council's imposed - for breaching name suppression of the murderer of British backpacker, Grace Millane

The now retired vet, was convicted, fined and ordered to do community work in 2021 for publishing Jesse Kempson's name in 2019.

The Council has now censured Molloy, and ordered him to pay 23-thousand dollars in legal costs.

He says when the bill arrives, he'll likely stump up the cash, because he doesn't want to be struck off or anything like that.
