The Education Minister's welcoming the news community educators are accepting their latest pay offer

The Education Minister's welcoming the news community educators are accepting their latest pay offer

Post Primary Teachers' Association members have voted in favour of a new settlement, affecting over a thousand community education professionals each year.

They provide education beyond school years, including adult education, music and the arts, and specialist tutoring services.

Minister Erica Stanford says this outcome shows what can be achieved through focused, good faith bargaining.

Other PPTA teaching members are expected to decide on their latest pay offer by Thursday.
