Milla Jovovich has reportedly applied to change her name.

The 'Resident Evil' star is going to court to change her name for the second time and has also filed documents to change her and her director husband Paul W.S. Anderson's daughter's name, gossip site TMZ.com reports.

The 38-year-old beauty changed her name to Milla Anderson-Jovovich after tying the knot with the 'Pompeii' filmmaker - who also directed her in the 'Resident Evil' films - but is now planning to switch the surnames around so that her moniker instead reads Milla Jovovich-Anderson.

Milla has also requested that her and Paul's seven-year-old daughter Ever Gabo's name be changed from Ever Gabo Anderson to Ever Gabo Jovovich-Anderson.

However, it's unclear what prompted the 'Fifth Element' star - who is expecting another girl with Paul - to apply for the changes.

Milla revealed earlier this year that her daughter was relieved she'd be getting a baby sister rather than a baby brother when she gives birth in the New Year.

She said previously: "I don't know what we would have done if the baby was a boy. She [Ever] keeps saying, 'Don't get her anything new. She can wear all my clothes'. She's so economical."

The brunette beauty had already been married twice - firstly to 'Dazed and Confused' actor Shawn Andrews and then to her 'The Fifth Element' director Luc Besson - when she met her husband of five years.
