Inland Revenue has apologised for the confusion caused by a letter sent to Working for Families customers implying their payments would be stopped

Inland Revenue has apologised for the confusion caused by a letter sent to Working for Families customers implying their payments would be stopped

It says the letter refers to the previous tax year - and it's reassuring eligible customers that they will continue receiving payments.

Customers should refer to their most recent Notice of Entitlement for the amount they'll continue being paid.
