A second person has been arrested following a knife attack in Germany

Three people have died and others injured after being stabbed in the city of Solingen .

Police had arrested a 15-year-old boy who's alleged to have known about the attack beforehand.

Officials say terrorism is not being ruled out.

Freelance Journalist James Jackson told BBC, Police have raided a building only 800 metres from the scene.

He says it's an asylum home for refugees.
