A jury is being reminded to use logic during the trial of the man charged with the murder of Yanfei Bao

A jury is being reminded to use logic during the trial of the man charged with the murder of Yanfei Bao

The Christchurch real estate agent was stabbed to death in July last year - her body missing until this year.

Chinese national Tingjun Cao's allegedly killed her at a property she was showing him.

Cao's lawyer Josh MacLeod told the jury in the High Court in Christchurch yesterday, the case and the evidence is far from simple.

He says there will be questions that will not only lead to reasonable doubt - but significant doubt.
