Arthur Easton's family are making it clear no one should protect their father's home invasion killer - and are urging people to give information

Easton's children have spoken out for the first time since his death in Auckland in 1985.

Alan Hall wrongfully spent 19 years in jail for the crime.

A reward for useful information is on offer until January 24.

Detective Inspector Warrick Adkin says people will know who's responsible.

He says loyalties change over time, so they hope those with information will come forward - giving the Eastons some answers.
