New Zealand Breakers import Matt Mooney is open to coming back to the club for a second season

New Zealand Breakers import Matt Mooney is open to coming back to the club for a second season

In the absence of on-court general Parker Jackson-Cartwright, the guard led the way with 24 points and 8 assists as the Breakers avoided the NBL's wooden spoon by beating the bottom-placed Cairns Taipans in Auckland.

Mooney is a big fan of the competition and club...just not the team's results.

The Breakers host the Illawarra Hawks in their final regular season game on Wednesday.
