The 30-test midfielder is in the Ian Foster-coached ANZAC invitational side for next week's match in Adelaide.
Havili lined up against the Lions in 2017 when the tourists beat the Crusaders in a try-less arm wrestle.
Havili's one of five players with All Blacks experience set to feature, alongside Ngani Laumape, Shannon Frizell, Folau Fakatava and Shaun Stevenson.
The Lions have won their second rugby tour match 52-12 over the Reds in Brisbane.
