An Auckland man faces up to three years jail, after admitting making covert intimate video recording of 64 women - including some inside a Newmarket clothing store

Police say a woman reported a man's concerning actions in a supermarket, last October - which lead to further searches of his devices, and at the business.

Court documents show his offending spanned from June 2023 to October 2024 - and only three of his victims have been identified so far.

The man in his 30s is on bail, and has been granted interim name suppression, until his sentencing later this year.
