Gwyneth Paltrow no longer wears high heels

The 52-year-old actress-turned-wellness guru has revealed she switched to flat shoes during the COVID-19 pandemic and she's never gone back - admitting her favourite footwear are her old pairs of sandals

In her most recent Goop news latter, Gwyneth explained: "I don't wear heels anymore. Ever since COVID, I just wear flats. I have a pair of Celine sandals from at least 10 years ago that I just had resoled.

"I also have an old pair of Hermès sandals I love - they're brown and strappy. And I have these Venetian gondolier slippers I got in Italy that I wear all the time. From the shop, I really like the ATP Atelier Alassio sandals. They're really nice."

Gwyneth also revealed her favourite sunglasses are "classic" Ray-Ban Wayfarers and shared her signature style for summer revealing she loves white jeans and white T-shirts during the summer months.

She wrote: "I'm a real white jean-in-the-summer kind of girl. I keep wearing our new long white denim skirt on repeat. I also have a pair of white Phoebe Philo jeans. And I wear these white Maria McManus jeans a lot - they're great ...

"I usually [style the jeans with] a white T-shirt or a white button-down with the white jeans, and then a black or brown belt.

"With the skirt, I've been wearing it with a bodysuit - there's a black one and a brown one we make with spaghetti straps that I've been wearing a lot."

Gwyneth went on to share the best sunscreen products she's been using this summer, adding: "This summer I've been using Kosas regularly - it has a little tint, so it helps conceal flaws.

"I also really like Supergoop for the body. And Dune, actually, which I think [daughter] Apple introduced me to - it has a really nice finish to it."

When asked to name her best skincare essentials for the warmer months, Gwyneth insisted she sticks to Goop's own beauty range.

She shared: "I really love our Fix and Restore Balm, the face oil, and our face cream. I always do oil first and then moisturizer afterward."
